Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA)
Mortgage relief options for homeowners affected by the hurricanes that have caused damage nationwide.

State of Florida
The U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced it will provide support and will speed federal disaster assistance to homeowners and low-income renters forced from their homes due to Hurricane Michael. President Trump issues a major disaster declaration for Bay, Franklin, Gulf, Taylor and Wakulla counties – which allows HUD to offer foreclosure relief and other assistance to certain families in these counties.

State of North Carolina
The North Carolina Assembly passed the NC Hurricane Relief Act to help victims of Hurricane Florence by waiving permit and inspection fees for manufactured and modular homes. This waiver is only for those in the disaster counties who are victims of the hurricane. For more information follow this link.

State of California
In the wake of the devastating wildfire that have displaced many from their homes, Gov. Edmund Brown issued an executive order to cut red tape and help streamline recovery efforts in communities. In part, the executive order includes provisions that suspend planning and zoning requirements and state fees for manufactured homes and mobile home parks to help displaced residents with housing needs.
