“I work with Next Step because I am passionate about their mission. I believe that, at its most basic level, manufactured housing can be a critical solution to lifting families out of substandard housing, particularly mobile homes. Beyond that, I believe that, for a number of reasons, manufactured housing presents a viable, cost-efficient alternative to traditionally built homes, which is a trend that is already being observed in the residential housing market. Next Step is the leader within this field.”
