Hagerstown Home Store is a community-based homebuyer education and counseling program operated by Hagerstown Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc., in Hagerstown, MD.

In Petersburg, VA, Southside Community Development & Housing Corporation‘s HUD-approved counseling center specializes in pre-purchase counseling, down payment assistance, and foreclosure prevention.

In Hillsboro, WI, Couleecap provides many homebuyer services, including 1:1 sessions with a HUD-certified housing counselor, down payment assistance and a live homebuyer education course.
