Hagerstown Home Store is a community-based homebuyer education and counseling program operated by Hagerstown Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc., in Hagerstown, MD.

In Petersburg, VA, Southside Community Development & Housing Corporation‘s HUD-approved counseling center specializes in pre-purchase counseling, down payment assistance, and foreclosure prevention.
