- Module 2 – Pre-Development for Factory-Built Housing: Learn how to evaluate sites, assemble your team, assess risk, and build local support to move your project from vision to viability.
- Module 3 – The Next Step Home: Understand how to choose high-quality homes that meet energy and financing standards and partner effectively with manufacturers.
- Module 4 – Capital Development & Financing for Sustainable Projects: Master the art of blending public, private, and mission-aligned funding sources to finance your projects at every phase.
- Module 5 – Let’s Build a Factory-Built Home (Two-Part): Gain practical knowledge on site prep, permitting, utility coordination, home installation, inspections, and final punch lists.
- Module 6 – Marketing & Selling Factory-Built Homes: Build ethical marketing strategies, work with lenders, and ensure buyers are prepared and supported throughout the process.
